Taking a Day of Rest

Day 11 of 31-Day Series “Your Last Health Resolution”

Yesterday I completed my coverage of “Physical Activity,” the first component of the PRIMEpathway™.  Today begins our discussion on “Rest.”  And to practice what I preach, I’m resting.  So no post today.

Tomorrow I’ll explain the great significance and importance of rest.  But for today, go out and enjoy the sunshine wherever you may be!
