While many have experienced life-altering effects from COVID-19, you may find yourself less impacted but still forced to sacrifice. Your gym closed. Your children are now scheduling your day for you. And for some unknown reason, you can’t find toilet paper anywhere.

Home Workout Rescue

I don’t have the power to change the coronavirus, but I do have the power to change how I respond to it. I don’t like social isolation. And I really miss the gym. So, I’m inviting you to join me for LIVE home workouts happening during the month of April.

These are real, live, interactive home workouts. They last just 30 minutes, and I’ve designed them to burn upwards of 500 calories. You can expect lots of movement. And I target different muscle groups each workout. I also provide lots of variations and modifications. So, don’t worry about not keeping up.

I started LIVE home workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. One positive result of those workouts was everyone asked for more. So, I added an additional workout on Saturdays.

We change muscle groups each workout. This ensures you get a full body workout throughout the week. In other words, one day we target chest and triceps. Another day we focus on back and biceps. The third day we hit legs and shoulders. More often than not, I include bodyweight leg exercises and core exercises into each workout.

All you need to join us are two dumbbells or something of comparable weight (soup cans, milk jugs, twin children).

How Does It Work?

Just join the Zoom call using the link below. You can participate incognito without activating your camera. Or, if you want to join with audio and video, I provide live feedback. It’s a great way to challenge yourself and ensure you’re performing the movements to maximize results. The benefit is twofold. You get accountability from the group, and you receive professional guidance from a certified personal trainer.
